Contractors…Do You Need Bonding?

The Los Angeles World Airports, in conjunction with the City of Los Angeles, has adopted a Bond Assistance Program at the Los Angeles World Airports (BAPLA at LAWA), to assist small local contractors with bonding and other technical assistance to enhance contracting and subcontracting opportunities throughout the City of Los Angeles.

Program Services:

Bid, Performance & Payment bond guarantees to surety companies

Accounting – Cost Subsidy for financial statements preparation up to $3,200

Funds Control – Payment of funds control fees

Training – Individual counseling and group workshops
