Walsh Austin Joint Venture
The Bradley West Gates Project will replace the current concourses with a total of nineteen (19) gates to the west of the existing Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B). The development of the Bradley West Gates will include four (4) major components:
New North Concourse
New South Concourse
Demolition of Existing Terminal B Concourses
Construction of Ancillary Facilities, Utilities and Substructures
The Project includes approximately 500,000 sq ft of new concourses built adjacent to the existing Terminal B concourses which will connect with the Terminal B core building. The project has a goal of achieving LEED Silver certification.
To be considered for bidding opportunities on any of these projects, each subcontractor/vendor must complete Walsh Austin's "SUBCONTRACTOR QUESTIONNAIRE." All certified M/WBE firms are encouraged to submit questionnaire information in advance so any additional information that may be required can be addressed prior to bid day.
