Ground Transportation Permit Program licenses over 2,500 private ground transportation companies at LAX, including scheduled buses, charter limousines/buses, ride app, and courtesy vehicle operators.
Ground Transportation providers must abide by the LAX Ground Transportation Rules and Regulations. Operators are responsible for ensuring all drivers are knowledgeable and comply with the rules and regulations set forth.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
